Message for Ben, and im new and need help!
I just joined this site, and for some reason it is not allowing me to post any comments or make friend requests. I know this is not where this is suppose to be postes, so please forgive me, but this is the only thing it seems to be allowing me to do. If anyone can give me any help I would appreciate it. When I hit add friend or comment it takes me to the top of the page.
MESSAGE FOR BEN: I love you! I am a huge UFC fan but had never seen anyone who made a huge impression on me in the WEC.Then I saw you. Ididnt know your name, so I called you pretty hair. I can't remember who you were fighting either, but he tried several times to submit you with giatines, arm bars, and more. You smiled and gave a thumbs up. What's wrong with you man> You gotta be crazy!! LOL!! I was truly impressed and have become a huge fan. Last night I saw a fight where dude turned his back and you kicked him and put him to sleep. I am taking MMA classes and this is my I wanna do that move. Them chokes and arm bars aint no joke,Ben. You are an amazing fighter and represent what a true fighter and the MMA should be. You have mad skills and I hope your dream of making it to the UFC comes true. I wish you all the sucess in the world, and I have lots of respect for you. I would love to meet you,but being down here in TN I probably never will. SO next best thing would be an autograph to put on my bedroom wall. How can I get one? Ill pay for it. I LOVE U BEN! Keep doing what you do, being sexy, and that pretty hair. **You are on my desktop so I get to see you everytime I turn my computer on! Much love Ben.

He is amazing! His pretty hair caught my attention(sorry,I am a female),then when I seen him fighting,I was hooked!!

Here is the address The MMA Lab 17235 N. 75th Ave Bldg H Glendale, AZ 85308. Just give it a little bit since its kinds crazy with all the training and media. I'm sure that it will be Ben that will sign the auto mine was sign with my name so its not like it was a sack on picture with his auto that his PR sends to fans.

- O my gosh!! Thanks so much! It will be there in 3 days!!LOL!! Will it be from you or from one of your workers? It will be proudly displayed upon my bedroom wall. Ben, there's nothing a television can do to improve you giving the thumbs up and smiling during an arm bar and giatine. The announcers were like o no he's going to break his arm...then bam...you out of it.As soon as I get choked my wussy self is tapping.But im a girl,new to it,and trying!LOL!! You bad Ben, take all the credit you deserve!! Much love!! I just told my 4 year old and hes excited to!! If you come to Tennessee for a fight then I will be there,and if I can make it out that way one day, It will be to meet you!! I would be so honored to see you fight in person!

hehehe...thanks a lot that's pretty flattering that i've impressed you so much, i wouldn't believe everything you see on t.v. what with photoshop, cgi and all now-a-days, haha...yeah adding friends won't be a problem at all you just gotta wait for them to reply and say yes...an autograph is not a problem at all, just send a self-addressed pre-postaged 8x10 envelope and i'll hook it up for sure, you can send it to my gym 'the mmaLAB' here in glendale, az...you can just google the exact address, i don't have it off the top of my head...
thanks for all the love and support though, it's still pretty surreal and really cool to me...

- Yea he is a good looking guy I guess. LOL!!! I'm sure his wife to be thinks so. Glad to have you as a part of our community. We all love Ben and we believe that he will be one of the best P4P in the world in just a few more years. Many people don't know it but Ben has only been training in MMA for 3 years and he is this good already. In short you picked a great fighter and person to support. Thank you.

- Hello and welcome to smoothben. All post must be approve 1st and as for friends request the person to are requesting must accepted your request. I'm sure that Ben will send you an auto but if he is to busy to do so I would be willing to part with one of mine that he has sent me. Just let me know what happens.
