Humble pie...
Today was a very humbling day, morning prac and afternoon prac...it's hard to go from one of the best in the prac room to just punching bag...hehe, slight exaggeration but being semi-serious...but it'll only help in the long run, I need it, it's gonna push me to that next level...BJ is absolutely awesome, his brother Reagan is awesome and an athletic freak, Shane Nelson is awesome, Rob Emerson is crazy skilled and awesome and all of BJ's trainers are uber-cool as well, I see how much harder I have to push myself and drive myself to take it to that next level...I'm done, peace out peeps...

I like BJ Penn and please don't take this wrong but you stay 100% focused for Varner and don't lay back. BJ has always been his own worst enemy for his lack of motivation. It seems as if he has got that part of himself in check now. Again please don't take offence to any of this, I just want to see you do the best you can. I have much respect for BJ as a fighter.
